BETA TEST CAMP
Many kids (and their parents!) who love working with their hands don't always know where to start - so we've created a safe, meaningful, and fun environment where kids ages
5 - 18 can explore the world of tradesmanship. Through practical projects and progressive learning, they'll gain foundational skills in carpentry, mechanics, electrical basics, and more.
Welcome to Trades and Tools STARS!
This invitation only Beta Test Summer Tradesmanship Camp offers a total of 60 spaces, in three age groups (5 - 8, 9 - 12, 13 - 18) for two weeks camps!
Trades and Tools Stars is a hands-on and leadership program for kids who love building, fixing, and creating all sorts of things using tools.

Trades and Tools STARS is more than just a youth program, where your child will learn the STARS of Tradesmanship:
Safety, Tradesmanship, Apprenticeship, Respect, and Skills.

This is a hands-on program that teaches kids how to build, fix, and create using tools and machines, just like dads and grandads have passed down in shops, garages, and on farms for generations.

Youth Who Require Extra TLC

We receive many requests to accommodate children who require an extra touch.
Please note that we are unable to accept children whose conditions leave them prone to uncontrolled and unpredictable outbursts of anger, frustration, fear, violence, etc. whereby it puts them and others in a dangerous situation.

We are unable to accept children whereby their conditions leave them unable to hear, see, cognitively process instructions, communicate clearly, and control their body movements that would jeopardize their safety and that of others.
The metrics our company (and insurance company) uses to determine appropriateness for participation is: Is the child integrated into a standard classroom setting without the assistance of an aide?
We encourage you to contact our office and we’d be happy to learn about your child and decide together the appropriateness of our program! We also have colleagues in the industry who run fantastic licensed, therapeutic riding programs, and we can guide you to them.
Give us a call! We can't wait to learn about your child!

What Trade STARS Said About Our Alpha Tests:

Seb, 12
I didn't know that oil was the blood of an engine, and it's really important to keep it clean and full.
I can't wait for Trades and Tools STARS to start!

Ryan, 13
I thought it was so cool to learn how to check the oil, air pressure, and the break and running lights on a trailer.
And the freight liner has a great horn!

Phil, Dad
I'm a mechanic, and this is a great start for kids to learn how to handle and manage tools. My son had a great time.
