​​​Please follow these steps to ensure eligibility for a make-up lesson:

 

1. Click on the big blue button to access the official Absence Report Form.

(Do NOT report absences via text, call, or email—these will not be accepted.)

2. Submit the form 24 hours before the absence. Late submissions may not qualify for a make-up lesson. Some exceptions apply.

 

No form = No make-up lesson.

 

3. Sign up for your makeup lesson. Once the form is submitted, there will be a page with links to book a makeup lesson. Please sign up ONLY for your rider’s correct level. Please reach out if you are unsure of your rider’s level.
