How to Request a Make-Up Lesson

We’re happy to offer make-up lessons! There is no expiry date or max number of make up lessons you are allowed to take, all we ask is that you let us know by filling out this form.

 

To help us keep things organized and fair for everyone, here’s the simple process:

1. Let us know you’ll be away/sick/at a hockey tourney
Click the big blue button to complete the Absence Report Form.
This form is the best way we can track absences (texts, calls, and emails don’t always come through to the system and it won't automatically provide you the make up lesson form- we don't want you to miss your lesson!).

 

2. Give us a heads-up
Please submit the form at least 24 hours (when possible) before the missed lesson as it helps us open your spot for another parent needing a make up spot!
 

3. Book your make-up lesson
After submitting the form, you’ll be directed to a page with links to book a make-up lesson.
Please choose a spot that matches your rider’s current level. If you’re unsure which level to select, just reach out — we’re happy to help!
